A local textile company stated that the total size of the company is about 120,000 spindles and has maintained a 100% operating rate since it started and resumed production. At present, the company's lint inventory is about 2 months, and the cotton yarn inventory is about one and a half months, an increase of more than half a month compared with previous years.
Another 70,000-spindle textile company said that in order to meet market demand, the company downgraded its product grades, mainly producing chemical fiber, combed 40S and below products for the domestic market, consuming about 500 tons of lint a month on average. The company's raw material inventory is about 2 months, and the cotton yarn inventory is 20-30 days. The product inventory has increased compared with last year, but the overall cotton yarn inventory is basically at a normal level.
