The Science And Technology Development Of Textile Machinery Industry

  In 2018, China's textile machinery industry will continue to actively promote technological innovation and structural adjustment, promote enterprises to enhance product development capacity and equipment manufacturing level, strive to improve the manufacturing quality and reliability of domestic textile machinery, and accelerate the development of textile equipment to intelligent and high-end. In 2018, China's new textile machinery products won a total of 1 National Science and technology award, 6 first-class awards, 6 second-class awards and 7 third-class awards, and 6 enterprises won the product development contribution award of China Textile Industry Federation. In 2018, 14 new products and technologies were appraised by provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievements organized by China Textile Machinery Association. Among them, 2 chemical fibre machines reached the international leading level, namely "multi-spindle false twist texturing machine" and "filament winding appearance online intelligent detection system". Ten products, such as full-automatic drum falling false twist texturing machine, have reached the international advanced level. KSC series 3D shoe upper knitting machine and LX series computer knitting machine have reached the leading level in China. Key textile machinery enterprises have been granted 205 patents for inventions, 685 patents for utility models and 57 patents for design throughout the year.
