  According to the relevant provisions of the "Import and Export Tariff Regulations of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP), as well as the entry into force of RCEP in Malaysia, starting from March 18, 2022, some imported goods originating in Malaysia will be exempted. Implement the agreed tax rate applicable to RCEP ASEAN member countries; the 2022 tax rate is listed in the "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China (2022)" (Announcement of the Tax Commission No. 10 in 2021) The agreed tax rate column is listed, and its corresponding Chinese Referred to as "ASEAN R".
