To eliminate the failure of the toilet paper rewinding machine, we have two steps:
First, the photoelectric protection function of a fully-open toilet paper production and processing equipment fails. After the emergency treatment, the machine can still work. However, because there is no protection detection, the operator is worried about personal safety, resulting in inefficient work.
Second, the circuit board was removed, visual inspection was performed, and the substrate around the power bridge was discolored. It was determined that the bridge had burned out and replaced with a bridge to power up the test. With a multimeter, the newly replaced bridge pile has also burned out, and it is judged that there is a short circuit portion. Check the components one by one from the bridge stack and find that a three-terminal regulator block is broken down, and the components are replaced. After power-on, the power indicator on the circuit board is lit. The operator puts the circuit board on the machine and operates according to the normal procedure. Check whether the photoelectric protection function works, cover the light eye with your hand, and the falling knife stops immediately. It has been tried several times and is normal.
