The new generation quantum 4.0 yarn cleaner innovates the combination of capacitance sensor and photoelectric sensor to form a detection unit. For different yarn types, the capacitance, photoelectric and composite detection can be selected flexibly through simple setting, so as to ensure the best yarn cleaning mode is adopted. The capacitance and optical sensors work intelligently through the innovative technology of composite yarn cleaning, and locate and eliminate hidden defects such as flying defects through recheck. Another advantage of intelligent double technology is that yarn density can be continuously monitored after each joint, especially suitable for enterprises producing compact yarn to solve the quality problems in the production process. Another innovation in quantum 4.0 is "blending testing," which identifies the mix of different types of raw materials. If the yarn mixing phenomenon is almost invisible to the naked eye in the spinning plant, quantum 4.0 can detect the wrong raw materials in the blank yarn and white yarn, thus eliminating the cross bar defects in the fabric. In addition, the new sensor has better processing ability, can realize "continuous core yarn detection", and can detect missing or eccentric core yarn continuously.
Quantum 4.0 has made a more in-depth analysis of polypropylene and foreign matter. The new PP rating provides a general overview of the polypropylene content for users, while the advanced foreign matter (FD) rating now shows an additional category of less than 5%. These two functions can control the different fibers better together with the overall heterofiber control (TCC).
Quantum 4.0, in addition to identifying the defects when winding, also pays attention to preventing defects from the source, and adds many intelligent analysis functions. For example, the expert system of Uster quantum expert enhances process control and defect prevention by means of comprehensive fiber control, spinning optimization of ring spinning and RSO 3D value module.
