What to pay attention to when the water jet loom stops for a long time
Water jet loom for a variety of reasons: such as lack of funds, turnover; Weft free silk raw material; Lack of spare parts; Lack of drivers; The loom is not finished, the warp shaft is not finished, but it needs to be shut down for a long time (more than a week). In order to ensure all aspects are normal and start up smoothly, we need to do the following main work and pay attention to the following matters:
I. main work and operating points of the loom when it is shut down
Stop the machine, the first to be woven into the blank silk machine, to prevent a long time on the machine, damp and moldy.
(2) use water to wash the reed and heald on the accumulated pulp, as far as possible clean, for the next boot to lay a good foundation.
(3) relax the tension through the wire, hammer it down, shake the heald frame into a level state, to prevent the opening for a long time to stretch through the wire.
(4) the loom on the water plate, waterproof cover down cover.
Lift the lifting bar of the pressure weft wheel to prevent the deformation of the pressure weft wheel.
Power off the machine, turn off the water, pay attention to safety and save energy.
Take out the circuit control board inside the electrical box and store it in a ventilated and dry place for safekeeping to prevent dampness from affecting its effectiveness.
Today, for example, all the looms in a workshop need to stop, to cut off the main power supply and close the main water source, and regular ventilation and drainage to check the situation, keep the workshop ventilated and dry.
Ii. Main work and matters needing attention when starting the loom
Open the main water supply pipeline before starting, and drain it first to prevent residual sewage in the pipeline from entering the water tank, pump body and nozzle.
Then use water to moisten the wetting of the weaves, reeds and wires to soften the residual slurry, so as to avoid the remaining hard pulp blocks from directly driving through the wire.
(3) connect the power supply, plug the line control board, open the water supply valve, test the power, water, observe whether the water, electricity is normal.
Adjust the tension of the wire, and turn the spindle dial by hand to check whether the injection, weft, harness, etc. Are normal.
If you need to change the type and specification of blank silk, you can replace the good weft silk and the appropriate let-off and winding gear, change the weft density.
6. If the pulp of the reed is falling seriously, causing fluff and so on, you can manually shake the reed through the weft several centimeters to more than ten centimeters, depending on the specific situation, then try to start the car.
If the above main work well, check everything normal, you can start the operation according to the normal procedure.
