C. Vinylon sewing thread: Made of Vinylon fiber, it has high strength and smooth stitching. It is mainly used for sewing thick canvas, furniture cloth, labor protection articles, etc.
D. Acrylic sewing yarn: Made of acrylic fibers, mainly used for decorative yarns and embroidery yarns, with low twist and bright dyeing.
_Mixed sewing thread
A. Polyester/cotton sewing thread: made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. It has the advantages of both polyester and cotton. It not only guarantees the requirements of strength, wear resistance and shrinkage, but also overcomes the defect of heat resistance of polyester. It is suitable for high-speed sewing. It is suitable for all kinds of clothing such as cotton, polyester/cotton.
B. Core-wrapped sewing thread: sewing thread made from filament as core thread and covered with natural fibers. Its strength depends on the core yarn, while wear resistance and heat resistance depend on the outer yarn. Therefore, core-wrapped sewing thread is suitable for high-speed sewing and high-strength clothing. In addition, sewing threads can be divided into coils, pipes, spools, ball of thread, etc. according to their use, they can be divided into sewing threads, embroidery threads, industrial threads and so on, which are not described in detail here.
