Textile industry related information

In June, the added value of China's textile industry above designated size increased by 3.2%

According to the National Bureau of statistics, in June, the added value of China's industries above designated size increased by 4.8% year-on-year (the growth rates of the following added values are the actual growth rates after deducting price factors), and the growth rate was 0.4 percentage points faster than that in May. In June, the added value of industries above designated size increased by 1.30% over the previous month. From January to June, the added value of industries above designated size decreased by 1.3% year on year.

In terms of categories, in June, the manufacturing industry grew by 5.1%, and the growth rate fell by 0.1%. In terms of economic types, in June, the added value of state-owned holding enterprises increased by 4.9%, joint-stock enterprises increased by 5.0%, foreign-funded enterprises and enterprises invested by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan increased by 4.2%, and private enterprises increased by 4.8%. In terms of industries, in June, 26 of the 41 major industries maintained year-on-year growth in added value. The textile industry increased by 3.2%, and the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry increased by 4.0%. By region, in June, the added value of the eastern region increased by 5.4%, the central region by 4.7%, the western region by 4.6%, and the northeast by 6.9%. In terms of products, 355 of 612 products increased year on year.

In June, the product sales rate of industrial enterprises was 97.8%, 0.5 percentage points higher than that of the same month last year; the export delivery value of industrial enterprises reached 1065 billion yuan, a nominal increase of 2.6% over the same period of last year.
