Intelligent manufacturing is the only way for the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry. The implementation of Intelligent Manufacturing in the textile industry is of great significance to cultivate the new growth momentum of China's textile economy and seize the commanding point of a new round of industrial competition. Gao Yong said that at present, China's textile industry has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development, which is the turning point of industry development. In China's 13th five year plan, intelligent manufacturing plays an important role, and it is also the core of transformation and upgrading of China's textile industry. Among them, the intelligent production line of cotton spinning and chemical fiber filament has developed rapidly in China and has entered the stage of small batch promotion.
"We should keep a clear understanding of Intelligent Manufacturing in the textile industry. We are still in the industrial stage of 3.0." Gao Yong said that at present, the intelligent manufacturing of China's textile industry belongs to the stage of automation and numerical control, which is still far away from the real artificial intelligence. Most domestic textile enterprises are still far away from industry 3.0. It needs the joint efforts of the whole industry to realize the intelligent textile industry.
Xue Jifeng said in his speech that since this year, the repetition of trade frictions between China and the United States and the uncertainty brought about by them have had a significant impact on China's textile industry. In addition, factors such as industrial transfer, rising production costs and increasing environmental pressure have accelerated the adjustment and upgrading of the textile industry. Although textile is a traditional industry, it is also an industry with huge demand and broad development space. With the rapid development of global science and technology, new materials, new processes, new technologies, new demands and new ideas continue to emerge, and the textile industry is facing new opportunities. In this context, Shanghai international textile industry exhibition continues to innovate ideas for holding exhibitions, expand new exhibition plates, and strive to open up the whole textile industry chain. Before the exhibition, we gathered the world's top textile machinery along the initial angle and diversified forms as the entry point, and built a professional, authoritative and forward-looking exhibition platform for technological innovation, cooperation and exchange, and trade exchanges of China's textile industry.
Bian Guorong said that Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition has collected advanced technical achievements of textile machinery industry. How to promote the development of digitalization, networking and automation of enterprises, and the development of the industry towards high-end is the significance of the discussion and exchange of this forum.
In the keynote speech, Zhu Xianmin, senior consultant of China Textile Machinery Association, shared the title of development of textile machinery in China. Zhu Xianmin introduced the current situation of China's textile machinery industry. He said that in 2018, the main business income of China's textile machinery industry was 91.2 billion, with 76.94% of the domestic equipment market. In terms of equipment export, in addition to China, Germany and Italy account for a relatively high proportion of textile machinery equipment. "China's textile machinery and equipment are still competitive internationally." Zhu Xianmin, for example, said that one of Yichang Jingwei's equipment is very popular in the United States because of its high degree of automation and considerable annual sales.
Referring to the problems faced by China's textile industry, Zhu Xianmin believes that there are three points: first, the rise of factor cost; second, the constraints of resources and environment; third, the transfer of the whole industrial chain. In order to realize textile intelligent manufacturing, developing digitalization, networking and intellectualization has become one of the effective ways. At present, China has also achieved preliminary results.
Taking the intelligent manufacturing solution of chemical fiber filament as an example, Zhu Xianmin introduced that before the transformation, the operation capacity of DIY workshop in Baihong e District, Fujian Province was 39.6 million ingots, the production capacity was 200000 tons / year, 400 employees were employed, the enterprise's wage expenditure was 24 million yuan / year, the storage link lost 2 million yuan / year, and the claim was 3 million yuan / year due to the wrong batch number. After the transformation, the workshop saved more than 65% of labor, increased production efficiency by about 30%, reduced production process reduction by 5%, operating costs by 22% ~ 24%, and per capita output value by nearly 100%.
The solution of spinning intelligent manufacturing takes the warp and weft intelligent spinning workshop as an example. The comprehensive energy consumption per ton of yarn produced by the workshop after transformation is reduced by more than 15%, the labor productivity per 10000 spindles is more than 70%, the number of workers per 10000 spindles is less than 26, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced by 15%.
In the solution of dyeing intelligent manufacturing, take kangpingna bobbin production line as an example. At present, kangpingna has built 11 bobbin automatic dyeing production lines. The qualified rate increased from 80% to over 95%, saving 70% of labor and reducing 17.7% of cost.
Zhu Xianmin believes that in the future, through intelligent manufacturing to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, the fiber processing volume of clothing and home textiles will be stable at the current level, and by 2025, the added value of products will be increased by more than 10%; through the research and development of new textile materials and their application in the industry, by 2025, high-performance fibers will account for 30% of the world's total, Functional Fibers 50% of the world's total, and industrial textile fibers The total processing amount accounts for 35%; through green manufacturing to ensure the safety of resources and environment, the industrial energy consumption per unit product of printing and dyeing will be reduced by more than 20% by 2025.
In addition, Zhu Xianmin mentioned that next year, China will launch the eighth line - intelligent production line of textile machinery. At the same time, we should actively develop the integration of artificial intelligence, Internet +, big data and other textile technologies.
Chen Ge, vice president of Donghua University, analyzed from the perspective of "development path of textile industry manufacturing mode".
