"We are speeding up the commissioning of automation equipment. It is expected that the first phase of the plant will be officially put into production by the end of this year." Zang Jinting, assistant general manager of the company, introduced that the whole process green digital chemical plant project of Yilin printing and dyeing was started in December 2018, and the intelligent transformation of the original old knitting and dyeing production line was carried out. A total of 1296 sets of new equipment have been set up. A series of intelligent equipment, such as automatic distribution of dyeing and chemical materials, dedusting and heat recovery, storage, production management central control room, etc., have been built. A full process automatic dyeing production line has been built with a capacity of 20000 tons / year.

After the completion of the project, it will build the first digital intelligent factory in the whole process of knitted fabric printing and dyeing in China.

"We have invested a lot of money in research and development of production technology, including automatic dye input, purification and dust removal, heat recovery, etc." Zang Jinting said that while improving the quality of knitted printing and dyeing fabrics, it has also greatly achieved energy conservation and emission reduction, leading the new direction of green and digital environmental protection printing and dyeing industry.

"The intelligent factory of equipment automation and information management in Shangma will continuously optimize the technological content and quality of products."
