Insufficient kinetic energy for intelligent manufacturing upgrading. The textile industry is a labor-intensive industry. In recent years, the cost of production factors such as labor and raw materials has been increasing, which makes the industry on the edge of profit and loss. Under the condition of low profit or even loss, the traditional development model makes the enterprise operation pressure more and more. Intellectualization is an inevitable trend in the transformation and upgrading of the industry, but there is great pressure on the intelligent upgrading of enterprises due to the requirements of millions of intelligent transformation.

The strength of independent brand construction is not enough. The number of textile and garment enterprises in our province is large and the scale is small. Most of them are still in the OEM production and processing stage, mainly medium and low-grade products, with low added value and low profit. A small number of independent brand enterprises have a large gap with other first-line brands in R & D investment, core competitiveness and brand influence. Due to the weak awareness of brand building and the relatively weak ability of product R & D and design, brand publicity and sales network construction, the effect of developing the domestic market is not obvious. In 2020, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the list of enterprises focusing on tracking and cultivating textile and garment brands. Only three enterprises in our province were selected, which is far from Shandong (14) and Jiangsu (13).

It is not strong in technological R & D and innovation. The R & D investment in the textile manufacturing industry in our province is still insufficient, there is a lack of industry leading innovative talents, and the carrier construction of the national innovative design platform lags behind. There are two national enterprise technology centers in the textile field in our province, lower than that in Zhejiang (3), Jiangsu (5) and Shandong (8); Among provincial industrial design centers and provincial technological innovation demonstration enterprises, textile enterprises account for only 5.1%; The textile enterprises specialized in special and new small and medium-sized enterprises account for 4%, and the textile enterprises in the provincial enterprise technology center account for 3.4%. The financing channels of enterprises are still not smooth. Based on the traditional, low value-added and labor-intensive industry impression positioning, textile is facing the situation of undervaluation in financing, talent attraction and policy support, especially in financing. Affected by the superposition of economic downward factors, the problems of difficult and expensive financing of enterprises have increased significantly. Banks have more credit restrictions on traditional labor-intensive enterprises, the financing of textile industry is more complex than that of emerging industries, and the cost is higher.
